These group classes are designed to support anyone whose life has been affected by cancer – from diagnosis, through treatment & recovery – to return you to physical strength, range of movement, balance & flexibility, to enable you to feel more comfortable in your body and steadier in your mind and emotions. Through active physical movement to rebuild strength, Restorative Yoga to nourish & revive, softening Breathwork & Meditation, these classes guide you in learning to trust your body, connecting you once more with your own inner strengths & resources to support your healing process.

These practices can help you to relax again, which can ease the side effects of treatment such as tiredness, anxiety, chronic pain & issues with sleep.  If you’re caring for someone living with cancer you’re welcome to join these classes to take the opportunity of time for yourself to find peace & nourishment.
