In 2016 Tara and Nigel found Sleeping Beauty’s castle and the ‘lost gardens of Tiverton’. They moved from London to the 19 acres of green, wooded Devon countryside. Ashley Court is a Regency manor house with its associated stables and outbuildings, lodge cottage and walled kitchen garden. The slow restoration of this extraordinary time warp of a place is now part of their everyday lives.
You can book a room for a private stay, a mini personal retreat or onto a yoga retreat or ‘Art of Slow’ weekend which are dedicated to slowing the pace of life to that of 1805 when the house was built….

Yoga, slow and delicious wholesome meals, a countryside walk, a fireside chat, time for journaling, contemplation, meditation or turning inwards. Complete digital detox for those who wish, bring a book, sing a song. Relax, properly.

Rolfing and massage are available by appointment.
Extensive yoga library available for your use.
